It says a lot that she's Mrs Kujo. She never gets a name, anywhere. There are plenty of details that various video games have filled in that were never in the original manga, but at no point did Hirohiko Araki ever feel it necessary to give her a name.
Think fast, what was Jonathan Jostar's dog's name? See you knew that. What was the name of the pickpocket Joseph meets New York whose story contribution is essentially nothing at all? See, you knew that too. But the woman Jotaro decided to marry, the mother of another protagonist, is less deserving of a name than background characters.

You know, bringing stands into it makes things interesting. Jotaro sits just as the photographer says. Star Platinum sees the button pressed, stops time. Jotaro moves to the pose he wants, resumes time just long enough to be seen.
Jotaro's wife: "I'm glad you decided to take a normal picture."
Jotaro's wife when getting the pictures back "That's the last straw. Lets see you time stop your way out of a divorce."
