Is that a french crab?

(Reference: Once Brazil and France almost got to war over lobsters, the french were fishing for bigger lobsters on our coast. Their argument was that those lobsters were fished when they were jumping, thus they were fish, they weren't caught touching our sovereign underwater soil. Our counterargument? Go to Australia and catch kangaroos while they are airborne from jumping, they are birds who aren't on Australia during jumps)
