That’s because no one pushes the fucking payload!

While Genji is a flanker, he actually really needs to work with his team more than some other classes. He's always close to them and jumps on the payload when necessary, if only to prevent it from going back when nobody else is around. Personally I am on it quite often but mysteriously disappear when the enemy arrives.

Of course the bad Genji mains don't (or even refuse to) realize that. They just get far away from the team and payload (or objective in general) and fight the enemy close to the spawn where their teammates can't support them in the slightest, all while spamming "I need healing!". And everybody loves to mock this kind of behavior.
