I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say that the ambulance was to Jotaro what Caesar and Gyro were to Joseph and Johnny. They just have so much chemistry with each other that it is always entertaining to watch. And whenever they can be, they are always, always there for each other, if only in Part 4. And the ambulance itself was one of the most interesting characters in the series, to the point where you can't help but feel it was completely justified in wanting to kill Kira. It really disappoints me that the ambulance was only ever mentioned at one point in Part 6 without actually showing up, because I would have loved to see how the ambulance would have thought about how Jotaro had a daughter. I also personally think that the ambulance might have been just what the team needed to defeat Pucci with, even after he got MiH. But I have to say, the fire truck introduced in Part 8 is an alright substitute, but I feel like there's a lot of untapped potential with the character.

He even edited the ambulance into the little portrait in the bottom left corner. That's attention to detail right there.
