In other words, it's their fault if someone gets spoiled from an image, on a site where there is an effort to put a spoiler warning on images that contain spoilers.
Look, people can "think" whatever they like about something ahead of time. But until they actual see if that thought or theory is true in the game/story, something like this can actually take away from that person; either from the "I am surprised" reaction when that thought is shown not to be true, or the "I was right" reaction when it is shown it is.
