Pokémon - Swagger is now banned in Double OU as well

Oh yeah, ban anything suddenly becomes useful.

Smogon has consistently proven since Gen VI, that they do NOT like change. They want to keep a VERY similar meta game to Gen IV and V. By banning most Pokemon that can change up the OU meta game, they try to keep it the same. They want to use all the old strategies rather than work to use the new ones. They fail to see the slope of banning one dominate Pokemon, making another more dominate and it's just a slippery slope.
