Now this alone says nothing. It needs to be put into proportions of the demographics.

~72% of Americans are White, while only ~12% are black. So if the Likelihood of being shot by the police were the same, then that would mean 72 dead whites and 12 dead blacks (rest are Asian & Hispanic) per 100 unarmed people shot.

So in that proportion, for 18 shot people it SHOULD be at 13 dead white people, 2.16 black people.

So yeah, blacks are still almost twice as likely to be shot by the police, even if they are unarmed and not fleeing.

Ahhh the power of numbers without social, economic and political context….
