Did Hato always look like a female version of Abbacchio?

When Jo2uke was all “give me permission to murder your boyfriend”, I was so scared Hato was going to be completely useless in what should clearly be her own establishing arc. We still need to see her Stand, which was obviously going to have have ‘King’ in the title and more importantly, this is her fight. Damo tricked her and is about to kill her entirely family. She should be furious. She should be the one to fight him, not Jo2uke. The fact that he seems to be totally out of commission (While sporting a serious eyebrow game.) is even better. I’m very happy with how this seems to be turning out.
