I mean- you are the one in control of the site. If they don't bring their complaints to you, and ask you to change the content, then how are they going to change it? Do you want to get hacked? Do you want someone to break into your system and forcibly change this?

I mean…taking this notice at face value, it looked like it worked. They got you to consider changing it, allowing fans to write their own description of the series. And it isn't hard to find a better description of the series. This is literally what I find when I put the show's name into google:

"The Crystal Gems are a team of magical beings who are the self-appointed guardians of the universe. Half-human, half-Gem hero Steven is the "little brother" of the group. The goofball is learning to save the world using the magical powers that come from his bellybutton and he goes on magical adventures with the rest of the Crystal Gems, even though he's not as powerful -- or smart -- as fellow group members Garnet, Amethyst and Pearl. Despite his shortcomings, Steven usually finds a surprising way to save the day."

This took literally no effort to find. Its fine. And I doubt anyone ever wanted an 'amazing' description to the show- just not one that is actively derisive of the work.
