I'd like to imagine that an AU genocide run Papyrus is the strongest boss in the game.

A power so massive that no one believed that it could actually be possible.

All because you broke the unbreakable.

You broke Papyrus's heart.

That's plausible… Papyrus, stat-wise, is stronger than Undyne (who also gives you a taste of the bad times to come), and most stuff Sans uses to make your life miserable are also part of Papyrus' arsenal.

All in all, Sans is a lazy slob and Papyrus wasn't cut to be a fighter (as though he has the powers and stats to be one… IIRC he has better stats than Undyne, and she admits he's actually tough)

I like to think what the dog was chewing was the artifact required to summon the laser dragons… and if Papyrus was going to use it, it'd very slowly, obvious "I'm charging mah lazor", so he'd put on how awesome that was, then sparing you after you dodge it, but not before glossing on how awesome those are and that he can summon even more… but he, the great Papyrus, as merciful as ever would only use them as little as possible.

So, just as you pushed Sans, lose his trust and you're going to have an even worse time with a guy who's almost Sans + Undine combined in one.

(Also, how much his lasers are hurting since he actually has an attack stat worth writing about?)
