So what you're saying is, we need someone who's skilled at taking characters who aren't that well suited for combat, and creating a moveset that would allow them to hold their own in a fighting game? I can think of one man off the top of my head.

Most of the Part 8 stands don't seem very capable of fighting or proper utility for combat, at best we might have I Am a Rock or Fun Fun Fun for Part 8 stands besides Soft & Wet.

Besides, we still know very little of 2ira for him to have his own moveset, unless you want a clone.

It would be cool to see Kira with a 2ira skin though.
