Someone's Getting Fired in Campbell, California

Gina Young, a mother of two twin boys, was on her routine grocery shopping at a Target in Campbell, California this morning, when all of sudden the store's PA system started blasting the audio from a raunchy adult film. The uncomfortable moment went on for about five minutes before the employees managed to shut down the intercom.

Do parents have the right to let their children cry in public, if they wish? And do business owners have to put up with it?
