May 1st, 2014 12:39 PMA new video has emerged online that allegedly shows Toronto mayor Rob Ford smoking crack cocaine (again!) out of a metal pipe in a dimly lit basement this past weekend. Shortly after The Globe and Mail published several still shots from the video, Ford announced that he will take a leave from his office and re-election campaign to "seek immediate help."
