Occupy Wall Street protesters were evicted from Zuccotti Park early this morning. Over 200 people were arrested as lawyers for the movement fought to get a court order to allow them back into the park. This temporary restraining order has not been extended.

After last week's fatal shooting, Occupy Oakland has been raided by police a second time and all the protestors have been removed from Frank Ogawa Plaza. In response to the eviction, Mayor Quan's top legal advisor Dan Siegel resigned and tweeted his alliance to the 99%.

Last night, a man known as Alex was shot and killed on the outskirts of the Occupy Oakland camp. It is unclear whether or not he was there protesting but local police have asked people to voluntarily leave the area.

Herman Cain has been all over the internet lately, singing about pizza, quoting songs from Pokemon 2000, and stealing tax ideas from SimCity. Today, a fourth woman accused the Presidential hopeful of sexual harassment.
