All over TikTok right now, people are finding their motivation from rapper Meek Mill. A clip of the rapper screaming "Get Up!" has become one of the most popular sounds on the app. Here's where it came from and how it's become one of TikTok's more popular recent memes.

What Is The Meek Mill "Get Up" Sound?

At this year's Wrestlemania, Meek Mill had the good fortune of sitting ringside. During a match where Cody Rhodes drove The Rock through a table, the two took a breather (laid in tremendous pain while the crowd went nuts). The Rock seemed like he died and all hope was lost for him. This caused Meek and a lady friend to cheer on The Rock to "Get up!" Unfortunately for Meek Mill, he did not exactly sound all that tough.

How Has The Audio Been Used On TikTok?

Fans have responded to the humorous clip by adopting it as audio for skits where they are spurred into action by Meek Mill shrieking "Get up!" For example, TikToker karron_ netted nearly a million likes for a skit where Meek told him to "get up" after he rolled his ankle at a basketball game (shown below, left). User @nleh0ppa did net a million with a skit of his own, imagining Meek telling him to get up after he fell from the second floor.

Now, fans are recording their best impressions of Meek Mill's "get up," spawning a new direction for the developing meme.
